“The visit to the Spanish consulate was rather anti-climatic after all the craziness and frenzy of getting ready for the visit. The woman behind the bullet-proof glass looked at my forms, the translations, and felt the raised imprint on your authorization form. Then she instructed me to keep the originals of the doctor letter and the Bureau of Criminal Affairs, as those will be required once I get to Spain. I popped next door and made copies of the originals to leave with her. In less than 10 minutes, she sent me on my way saying that they might have the visa within 4 weeks or it may take longer. She did allow me to keep my passport, so I can at least get to Spain on a visitor’s visa to begin the school year.

“Dialog One interpreters are well prepared for medical interpretation. They have learned what we need from our patients. Not every service has much medical training. We appreciate the ease of requesting an interpreter online, indicating the date and time of a patient’s appointment and whether the interpreter needs to call a patient ahead of time with an appointment reminder. We can check our invoice history and make sure they’ve assigned an interpreter to the appointment. Also if the patient cancels we can reschedule or cancel the service requests directly online. We are really happy about Dialog One.”

We visit approximately 1100 families each year providing screening and Personal Care Attendant assessments for young children.
