These Subscription Terms govern access to and use of the DOVI™ platform operated by Dialog One, LLC.
Cancellations: Must be completed through the DOVI portal before the next billing date. Fees are prepaid and non-refundable once the cycle begins.
Payment Failure: Access may be suspended immediately. Reinstatement requires successful payment processing.
DOVI subscriptions are subject to reasonable and customary usage standards.
DOVI is designed to provide 24/7 on-demand access; however, interpreter availability may vary depending on:
Rate Adjustments: Dialog One reserves the right to modify pricing or subscription structures with thirty (30) days’ prior notice.
Annual Protection: Active annual subscribers will not experience pricing changes during their current annual term.
Custom Agreements: Signed Service Agreements or Enterprise Contracts supersede these standard terms.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks result in:
Credential Security: Subscriber is responsible for maintaining login confidentiality. Dialog One is not liable for unauthorized access due to shared or weak credentials.
Data Protection: We maintain commercially reasonable security safeguards. Subscriber is responsible for verifying if services meet their specific regulatory requirements.
Healthcare: Business Associate Agreements (BAA) are available upon request for qualified healthcare organizations.
Professional Use: DOVI services support professional communication. Subscriber must ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, or industry regulations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dialog One shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Dialog One is not responsible for service delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
Upgrades: Plan upgrades take effect immediately and may be prorated for the remainder of the cycle.
Downgrades: Plan downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Dialog One reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or abuse of services.
