Making a call from the landline:

  1. Call the conference line number: 651-379-8511
  2. Enter your P.I.N. If you don’t know it. Click on ‘My Profile’, hover over the question marks (?????) to reveal your P.I.N. 
  3. Press 0 to say the language or enter the three (3) digits of the language (see language I.D. card)

From your mobile:

  1. Download the “Interpret Manager” app.
  2. Open the app on your device
  3. Enter your email address and password to sign in
  4. Select video or audio
  5. Select the language
  6. Choose the service type
  7. Press call button

From a web browser:

  1. Click the phone receiver icon
  2. Select video or audio
  3. Select the language
  4. Choose the service type
  5. Press call button
