  2. Enter your P.I.N. If you don’t know it. Click on ‘My Profile’, hover over the question marks (?????) to reveal your P.I.N. 
  3. Press 0 to say the language or enter the three (3) digits of the language (see language I.D. card)

From your mobile:

    1. Download the “Interpret Manager” app.
    2. Open the app on your device
    3. Enter your email address and password to sign in
    4. Select video or audio
    5. Select the language
    6. Choose the service type
    7. Press call button

From a web browser:

  1. Click the phone receiver icon
  2. Select video or audio
  3. Select the language
  4. Choose the service type
  5. Press call button

Language List

  1.  Customer's translation requirements are reviewed and the workload is assigned. The translation team observes the creation of the glossary of terms and determines consistency and branding for the entire project.

  2. A project  leader is assigned, prepares a project glossary, and provides training if necessary. The project leader ensures the project is moving forward as indicated in the scope of work.

  3.  Editors review the document translated for accuracy, grammar, spelling, cross-cultural concerns, and writing style.This step ensures a native flow and provides a further opportunity for an error-free translation. 

  4. Quality Assurance (QA) process evaluation is executed to randomly see if all the translated files are meeting the project instructions and the internal quality standards. The final document is then approved for delivery to the Customer using the desired media.
