Program Overview
Dialog One is currently seeking independent professionals to join our Revenue Generation Program. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who excel at identifying and developing new business opportunities. Participants will play a key role in expanding our client base while working within a supportive, entrepreneurial environment. This is not a traditional sales role, it is a strategic revenue-building position with clear performance goals.

Position Details
- Title: Revenue Development Partner (Independent Contractor)
- Location: Remote / Work from Home
- Compensation:
- The base salary is set on your first 6 months’ residual commissions
- Commission: 10 to 15 percent NET on closed deals
(Additional compensation will be discussed during the interview process.)
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activities
- Represent Dialog One with professionalism and cultural awareness
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Working knowledge of the U.S. translation and interpretation services market
- Reliable access to personal technology tools (computer, internet, headset, phone)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage relationships and multitask independently
- Goal-oriented with high attention to detail
Advancement Opportunities
Qualified revenue development partners will be eligible to apply for an internal Account Manager role after one year, contingent on performance metrics. Long-term contributors may also qualify for additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and accidental death insurance.
