How to Cancel a Scheduled Appointment

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please follow these steps to ensure the process is completed correctly:

  1. Access Your Scheduled Appointments: Log into your account and navigate to the “Appointments” section where your upcoming appointments are listed.
  2. Locate the Appointment: Find the appointment you wish to cancel.
  3. Cancellation Process:
    • Click on the three dots located at the top right corner of the appointment details.
    • Select “Cancel” from the dropdown menu.

Please be aware of our cancellation policy:

  • Timing of Cancellation: If your appointment has been confirmed with an interpreter and you cancel it within 24 business hours of the appointment time, the appointment will be considered billable in full.
  • Billing: You will be billed for the full amount of the scheduled service.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, this policy is in place to ensure that our interpreters are fairly compensated for their reserved time.
