1. Start Your Order
• Click on the Appointments Tab: Begin by navigating to the “Appointments” tab in the system.
2. Create a New Appointment
• Click on “Create New Appointment”: Once you’re in the Appointments tab, click on the “Create New Appointment” button to start the scheduling process.
3. Fill Out the Appointment Form
• Enter Specific Information: Complete the form with the necessary details for your appointment:
• Type of Language: Select the language needed for the interpretation.
• Language Combination: Specify the combination of languages involved.
• Service Delivery: Choose how you want the service to be delivered:
• On-site: Select this if you need an interpreter physically present.
• Third-Party Platform: Choose this option if the meeting will take place on platforms like Zoom or other web conferencing tools.
• Scheduled Telephonic: Opt for this if the interpretation will be conducted over the phone.
• Date and Time: Enter the date, starting time, and duration of the appointment.
4. Save and Submit Your Request
• Click on “Save”: After filling out the form, click “Save” to submit your request.
5. Important Scheduling Considerations
• Minimum Lead Time: Ensure that you schedule the session at least two days before the appointment time for normal languages.
• Exotic Languages: For exotic languages, schedule at least one week in advance to allow sufficient time to secure an interpreter.
