Requesting On-Demand Interpreters

Place an On Demand Call (Browser) #

To open the caller, click the caller icon in the top menu of the platform:

Once the caller is open, select the:

  • Type of call —Ā  OPI (audio icon) or VRI (camera icon)
  • Language ToĀ 
  • Service type (if different from default)

Tap the green CallĀ button at the bottom of the screen, and the call will begin routing to an interpreter.

Place an On Demand Call (Mobile App) #

Under Oral Interpretation, select the:

  • Type of call —Ā  OPI (audio icon) or VRI (camera icon)

Tap the yellow CallĀ button at the bottom of the screen, and the call will begin routing to an interpreter.

Place an On Demand Call (IVR/ Landline) #

  1. Call the conference line number:Ā 651-379-8511
  2. Enter your P.I.N. (safeguard your P.I.N.) If you donā€™t know your P.I.N., go toĀ dialog-one.com, under ā€œLOGINā€, click onĀ Ā ON-DEMAND SERVICESĀ to enter your email and password, click on ā€˜My Profileā€™ to find your P.I.N.
  3. Press 0 to say the language or enter the three (3) digits of the language (see language I.D. card)
  4. Introduce yourself and brief the interpreter on the nature of your call.
